This year Google I/O 2015 comes with lots of new interesting things. Project Jacquard was among one of them.

Basically what is Project Jacquard? Project Jacquard makes it possible to weave touch and gesture interactivity into any textile using standard, industrial looms. Everyday objects such as clothes and furniture can be transformed into interactive surfaces.


With the help of Project Jacquard your clothes can be converted into touchscreen. Under Project Jacquard you can control your tech devices. At Google I/O 2015 Google showed Philip’s Hue Lights which can be control by using fabric. You can switch off and On your  Phillip’s Hue Light by tapping on the fabric. When these fabric are woven into clothes i.e. shirts or pants After that you can control the light from your clothes. Project Jacquard is going to make awesome collaboration with tech gadgets.
