Two live images are leaked in China showing the new Xiaomi Mi5. Check them out.
A new leaked render claim to showcase the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 5. The image of the front of the device shows a small Home button which is allegedly a Fingerprint Sensor. According to the source, the fingerprint scanner is set to be the smallest and fastest on a smartphone yet.
The Mi 5 is rumored to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, the handset is apparently going to feature a 5.2″ display with Full-HD or QHD resolution, a 16 MP rear camera, a 13 MP selfie snapper, a Fingerprint scanner on the front, dual-SIM functionality, a USB Type-C, and a 3,600 mAh battery. It will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow accompanied by MIUI 7. The device will allegedly be offered in two variants – one with 32GB internal storage and 3GB RAM, other with 64GB internal storage and 4GB RAM.
While we suggest that you take the image with the grain of salt, we look forward to seeing an official release from Xiaomi soon.
